Booking & Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours before your start time. To cancel, please email us at browbyvi@gmail.com. Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited on cancellation. |

Rescheduling
You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your start time. To reschedule, please email us at browbyvi@gmail.com. |

No-shows
Missed appointments without notice are treated as a no-show and any deposit is forfeited. No-shows forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit is required to book again.

Lateness
A 15-minute grace period applies. Beyond this your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the appointment has to be moved — brow mapping alone takes time and I never rush it.

Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. With more than 24 hours' notice the deposit can be transferred to a new appointment instead.

• Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours in advance can have the deposit transferred to a new appointment.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will require a new deposit to book again.
• The remaining 50% balance is payable on the day of the appointment.
• Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received. |

Patch tests
A consultation and patch test at least 24 hours in advance is required for Microblading and Brow Lamination. The consultation fee is deducted from the price of the treatment. |

Suitability
Semi-permanent brow treatments are not carried out during pregnancy or breastfeeding, on broken or irritated skin, or where a patch test shows a reaction. Please tell me about any skin conditions, medication or recent treatments before booking. |

Aftercare
Healed results vary with skin type and aftercare. Following the aftercare given to you is what keeps your brows looking their best. |
