• A J$3,000 deposit is required to confirm every appointment, and comes off the balance on the day.
• Appointments are only held once the deposit has been received.
• Cancellations and reschedules made more than 48 hours before the start time can carry the deposit across to a new appointment.
• Cancellations inside 48 hours, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit — a new one is needed to book again.
• The balance is payable on the day of the appointment.

Please arrive with clean lashes — no eye make-up, mascara, oils or sunscreen around the eyes. Anything left on the lash line stops the adhesive bonding and costs you retention. Come alone where possible; the studio is a single lash bed.

A refill is for a set no more than two to three weeks old with enough lashes left to fill. Past that, or with fewer than about 40% of your extensions remaining, a full set is booked instead. If you are unsure, send a photo on WhatsApp before booking.

Lash extensions are not applied over an eye infection, conjunctivitis, a stye, or broken skin on the lid, and are not carried out where there is a known reaction to cyanoacrylate adhesive. Please say so before booking if you have had a reaction to lash glue in the past, or have recently had eye surgery.

Keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours, cleanse them daily after that, and keep oil-based products away from the lash line. Never pick or pull extensions off — message the studio about a removal instead. Retention depends far more on aftercare than on the set itself.
